These words were said by Honorable Chief minister Mr. Raghubar Das, while speaking to the representatives of the Information Service Association, who had come to congratulate him.
He also stressed that all Districts Public Relations Officers should do all endeavors to effectively communicate the government’s welfare programmes to the people.
He further emphasized that the Districts Public Relations Officers can directly communicate with him regarding the views, problems and feedback of the people.
He also said that all Districts Public Relations Officers should feel free to contact him any time regarding any matter relating to public welfare.
