Investors will get power, water and roads for their projects: Raghubar

Ranchi, April 22: Addressing a joint meeting of JIADA and JIIDCO, Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that power, water and roads should be provided to the investors willing to establish their companies under Momentum Jharkhand so that after developing their infrastructure, they need not wait.

The CM further said that a manager for Ease of Doing Business should be appointed for easy installation of industry. Health, medical, education, hospital and nursing institutions, higher educational institutions and private universities, technical and sports institutions should be brought under this category.

Das said that work should start soon on the allotted land in Hotwar. Food processing and pharma work should also be started at Saher circle of Nagri, food park at Chapawar of Ormanjhi circle, handloom at Erba Silk Park and textile at Dardag and Chakla. He said that food processing unit can be started at Tandwa and sakhi mandals can be connected with it.

At the meeting, 50 per cent waiver was approved in the lease rent on built up areas of ESDM and IT companies with a view to attract these companies.

OFC cable coverage by mobile companies at Aadityapur, 5 acre land to be given for hospital from the reserved land and PCC approached road construction on either side of NIT over-bridge were also approved. Reconstruction of road at Jasidih Industrial Area and SPV of plastic park at Devipur ( Dumka) were approved in the meeting. He directed to develop the industrial belt in such a way that the investor flocks for investment.

Additional CS Amit Khare, Principal Secretary to the CM Sanjay Kumar, Urban Develop Principal Secretary Arun Kumar Singh, Secretary to the CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Revenue Secretary K. K. Soan and other officers were present in the meeting.
