Investigating Team Seizes Rs 81,100, Releases after Probe

Gamharia, April 8: Flying Squad and Zonal officers of Gamharia Jitendra Singh Munda and Police officer Anil Oraon seizes Rs. 82,100 cash from a motorcycle during vehicle checking campaign organized for the Loksabha election near Usha More in Gamharia on Tuesday.

After investigation the man with the cash was let off. Talking about the incident Zonal officer said that during the vehicle checking Ramesh Mahato in his motorbike was taking the cash.

During investigation Mahato told that he is a managing partner in Baridih situated RD Construction Corporation. The cash he took out from Punjab National Bank, Kandra Branch and was taking it to Crystal Thermotec Ltd, Chandil.

After investigating the above words of Mahato, zonal officer let off Mahato with the cash.
