Interact Club members of KSMS visit slums, distribute mosquito repellents

Jamshedpur, July 11: Members of the Interact Club of Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) visited the slum areas in Sakchi on Monday.

The purpose of the visit was to distribute the anti-mosquito coils among st the residents of these slums.

The Interact Club members also distributed many preventive items among st the people of the slums, which would help them to remain free from the diseases spreading during the rainy season. They also made the people aware of different diseases, which spread during monsoon.

The students of Interact Club also sprinkled the bleaching powder in the drains, sewers and manholes, which are the breeding grounds of mosquitoes and flies.

The entire activity was carried out successfully by the members of the Interact Club under the guidance of the principal of KSMS Nandini Shukla and the moderator of Interact Club Sudha Singh along with the assistant moderator Pushpa Ojha.
