Jamshedpur, July 8: BJP Golmuri unit leader Sonia Sahu celebrated her daughter Prerna Sahu�s birthday somewhat differently � by planting saplings.
Speaking on the occasion, senior BJP leader Mithilesh Singh Yadav said, �This is an exemplary work and we must appreciate it. More and more people should come forward and plant trees on their birthdays.� �
At the Khemlal Choudhary said an atmosphere should be created so that pollution can be checked. Sonia Sahu said, �I took this step after getting inspired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das.�
She further said that her daughter will look after the trees.
BJP Golmuri unit president Probir Chatterjee, Rana and others were present at the event.
