Jamshedpur, July 31: Keeping in mind the menstrual hygiene of girl students, Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur installed sanitary pad vending machine at Gujarati School in Bistupur. District Editor of the club Alokananda Bakshi inaugurated the machine in presence of members. Addressing the gathering, Bakshi informed about maintaining hygiene during menstrual phase so that they keep any disease at bay. More than 100 students and teachers were present during the occasion.
Club President Dr Manju Rani Singh thanked school principal Raman Dey and Jasmin Thakkar who allowed them to install the pad vending machine in the school premises. On the occasion PP Dipti Singh, Varsha Gandhi, Navita, Vinita, Archana and Geeta were present.
