Jamshedpur, May 6: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East donated sewing machine to a needy woman entrepreneur Suman Devi to empower her to earn own livelihood.
Club President Sonali Mohanty said, Suman is well trained in stitching clothes but was unable to buy the machine due to lack of money.
Along with new sewing machine the club also provided scissors, a box full of yarn and tape.
Suman Devi seemed happy after getting the machine. Club members also her to help grow the business.
Former club President Dr. Anjushree Pandit, Vijaya Gokhale, Editor Anju Bala and others were present.
