Jamshedpur, Oct 15: The Industry Academia Meet-2025 was successfully organized at RVS College of Engineering and Technology, fostering collaboration between industry leaders and academia. Jamipol’s Managing Director Svastika Basu graced the event as the chief guest, while dignitaries such as RKFL’s CHRO Bhupendra Lodhi and Fleetguard’s Plant Head Uday Shankar Sharma attended as special guests.

The program began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a warm welcome by RVS Educational Trust’s Secretary Bharat Singh, Treasurer Shatrughna Singh and Governing Body Member Shakti Singh, who honored the guests with shawls and mementos.
In her address, Chief Guest Svastika Basu emphasized the importance of innovation and adaptability, saying, “Change is the truth of life; we must keep evolving through innovation to meet future needs.” She urged students to be critical, analytical and team-oriented. Uday Shankar Sharma encouraged developing a mindset to face daily challenges, while Bhupendra Lodhi stressed transforming imagination into reality through knowledge and determination.

Three engaging technical sessions followed, featuring discussions on employment and entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence and alumni-driven innovation. Speakers from Lexmark India, TEXMiN, Amalgam Steel, Automotive Excel, Adrika Enterprises and BOPT-ER Kolkata shared insights with students.
The event concluded with a valedictory session, where students Aparna and Aditi extended heartfelt thanks to guests and participants. The meet was hailed as a dynamic platform connecting academia with real-world innovation and professional growth.
