Jamshedpur, Aug 17: Independence Day was celebrated with fervour at Cheshire Home, Sundernagar on Saturday. Marking the 74th I-Day of India, the National Flag was hoisted by the Committee Member of Ches�re Home Sundernagar, Dr. Jaya Moitra, amidst devotional songs and sincere tributes to the revolutionary leaders of India whose struggle brought us Freedom.
Following Covid 19 norms, no outsiders allowed during the function. The inmates and Sisters Superior Philomina, Usha,� Jacinta, Smita, Serophina and the staff were present on the occasion.
