Jamshedpur, Jan 16: Income Tax teams conducted raids at over a dozen offices of RSB Group on Thursday.
Sources said around 60 I-T sleuths led by Income Tax Deputy Director, Pune, Preetam Kumar Turrerao, are carrying out the raids. Raids were also conducted at the Jamshedpur residence and offices of RSB Managing Director SK Behra and Chairman RK Behra. The teams raided Behras� premises in CH Area, Bistupur.
The I-T sleuths have also raided the premises of a Congress leader in Adityapur. No official from Jamshedpur has been included in the raid. Five Income Tax officers from Ranchi are helping the team.
The raids are being conducted in Pune, Dharwad, Bhuvneshwar, Pantnagar, Kanchipuram (Chennai) and Lucknow, sources said.
