Jamshedpur: Team ER of Tata Motors organized an in-house session on Safety Awareness for spouses of Team Leaders from Vehicle Factory at Telco Recreation Club.
Team IR had organized behavioral and developmental workshop for union official on 01st and 02nd Feb 2019. During the feedback session, trainer suggested to conduct such programme for housewives and children of our employees to increase engagement.
A B Lall � Head CVBU, Manufacturing, inaugurated and shared the importance of Safety in every aspects of life. The Divisional Heads were also present and shared their experience on safety in the session.
Around 30 spouses participated in the Safety Awareness session. The session covered various aspects of Safety like personal safety, home safety, Road Safety and safety initiatives taken by TML in the plant. They were also advised to influence their husband and family members to follow safety norms in their own interest.
The programme was very interactive and appreciated by spouses and requested to organize similar programme in future as well. They also requested to conduct such session for their growing kids.
The session was coordinated by Deepak Kumar, GM, ER and CSR.
