Chaibasa, June 8: Deputy Commissioner Dr Shantanu Kumar Agrahari chaired the e-government society meeting at DC office on Wednesday.
In the meeting, DC expressed displeasure over the progress of digital literary mission as he found that out of 5500 people only 778 could have been registered till date and 95 persons have been trained in digital literacy.
Finding incompetency and inaction in performance, DC directed to forward a complaint against the digital literary coordinator Kamala Kant to the director of information and technology department.
Out of 3.49 lakh PDS kerosene Oil beneficiaries, 3.35 lakh Adhar seeding is completed. DC also directed that at least 6000 people must be trained in digital literacy from every block.
Present on the occasion were DEO Sishil Verma, Resma Dundung, district welfare officer, DEO, LDM, EDM and block manager.
