Chaibasa, May 22: Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to Sagar Tiriya who had been accused of carrying out illegal mining of stones in kendua under Jagganathpur Police Station area.
It may be noted that assistant mines officer Raja Ram Prasad seized a truck full of illegal mine stones from Jagganathpur on March 1, 2017 and filed a case against Sagar Tiriya under the mining act in Jagganathpur police Station.
