Jamshedpur, April 13: The construction work being done illegally by the land mafia by encroaching on the government land near Bhatia located on Tata-Kandra Main Road was stopped on Thursday on the orders of Gamharia CO.
It has been told that khata number 61, plot number 58, police station number 127 under Bhatia Mauza is unclaimed land of Jharkhand government.
In this regard, the CO was informed that the said land is being encroached upon and constructed by the land mafia. In the light of the said information, CO Manoj Kumar instructed Circle Inspector Manoj Kumar Singh and Circle Staff Pandit to check the site and stop the illegal construction work.
After the order of the CO, the CI and the employee inspected the site and demanded the documents related to the land. But, after no documents were presented, the construction work was immediately stopped and warned of legal action.
