Jamshedpur, May 14: Students from Jamshedpur came up with an impressive performance in the ICSE and ISC examinations conducted by the Council For Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE).
Loyola School student Abhishek Agarwal was crowned second national topper in the class 12th ISC commerce examination.
Abhishek topped the city as well as the state by scoring a whopping 99.25 per cent marks.
Kajal Kumari of JH Tarapore School, Satika Chabra of Sacred Heart Convent School and Raghav Singodia of DBMS English School were joint second city topper with 98.5 % marks in ISC class commerce.
In ISC Class 12 Science, Radhika Patwari of Narbheram Hansraj English School was crowned city topper with 98.75 per cent. Prathna Das of Sacred Heart Convent and Abhimanyu Shome were joint second topper with 98.25 per cent and Diptashri Banerjee of Sacred heart Convent was the third city topper.
In ISC Class 12 Arts Shivangi Tiwary of Loyola School emerged as the city topper with 98.5 % followed by her school mate Akshat Bhusan (98%) and Atashi Banerjee (96.5%) of the same school.
Similarly in class 10 ICSE, Priya Kumari of Hill Tip School and Swarup Padhi of Kerala Samajam Model School were crowned jointly third National toppers with 99 per cent marks.
Ayush Kumar of Rajendra Vidyalaya and Vipul Kumar of Kerala Samajam model School (KSMS) were the joint second city topper. The third position was bagged by Taranjeet Singh of Loyola School and Navneet Kumar of Kerala Samajam model School (KSMS) who scored 98.2 %.
