Seraikela: The IHSDP housing construction project of Seraikela urban panchayat area is still to reach to its logical conclusion.
Most of the beneficiaries of the project had started pulling down their houses and building new houses. But now they are making rounds of the ward office and the Nagar Panchayat office.
They are worried as they have not got the second installment of the building construction fund.
