Hill Top students visit city on excursion

Jamshedpur: Students of Hill Top School, Telco along with students of Kalamandir The Celluloid Chapter Art Foundation today went around the steel city on an excursion in a bid to learn about the history of various buildings and places.

There were altogether 88 children of class VII divided into three groups. They were accompanied by their teachers and co-ordinator Mukta Verma.

The places visited by the students include Tilak Pustakalaya, Chuna Shah Baba Mazar, Bistupur Masjid, Ghasi Club, Jamshedpur Athletic Club, G Town Club, S.N.T.I, Sewage Disposal Plant, Rama Krishna Mission, Madrasi Sammelani, Gujarati Sanathan Samaj, Maharashtra Hitkari Mandal, Jamshedpur Women�s College, Milanee Hall, Narbheram Gujarati Hindi School, Muslim Library, Gopal Maidan and Regal Building.

�It was truly an enriching experience for the student of Hill Top School. Students were inquisitive to know more about the buildings and how did they come up,� said the coordinator.
