Jamshedpur, July 26: �Everything I do is a Gift to you�, with this song the young buds of Hill Top School welcomed their Grand Parents with attractive and colourful cards made by their grandchildren especially for them on the occasion of �Grand Parents Day� organised by the children of Class UKG .
With the shrinking size of families, grandparents are often missed the most by children. It is important to sensitize kids about the role of grandparents in one�s life. Hill Top School lay emphasis on the emotional bonding of children with their family members and hence Grand Parents Day was organized to strengthen the unique bond between kids and their grandparents. The day filled with fun and frolic was appreciated by the elders who abundantly enjoyed with their little ones.�
The Teachers arranged games and riddles for the grandparents where they enjoyed themselves. Action song, Choral recitation and Hindi Dance events were held. In kite making Grand Child �Granth Singh, Grand Mother � Manju Devi and Grand Father � Kailash Devi bagged the first prize. In Wall Hanging Grand Child �Mishika Chakraborty, Grand Mother � Abha Guha and Grand Father � Chandan Kr.Guha were awarded the first prize.
