Jamshedpur, Jan. 28: Hill Top School organised Graduation Ceremony for the 31st ICSE (Class 10) batch at the school premises on Saturday.
Chief Guest for the occasion was Neeraj Kant, managing director, Indian Steel and Wire Products Ltd. (ISWP), Jamshedpur. The Theme for the programme was ‘Live Your Dream’.
After the welcome and inauguration, a ppt presentation highlighted the school�s achievements in the past one year. This was followed by a procession of Graduating students.
A Poetic Rendition by the Tenthers enumerating their dreams and the road that lies ahead was presented. A song was also presented by the students of Class X.
Special Awards for High Achievers of Class X were given away. Some of the coveted awards include: Principal�s Award which was awarded to Sarthak Jaiswal while Apurva and Sowmya were the first and second runners-up respectively. The Young Achiever�s Award was bagged by Kritika Sinha and Abhinav Anand.
Outstanding Sportsperson Award went to Apurva. Creative Achievement Award was given to Kumar Ishan while 1st in Academics was awarded to Sowmya. This was followed by the Principal�s Address where a Class X Student Jaspreet Kaur also spoke.
35 High Achievers of ICSE 2016 were also felicitated. Some of the star winners were Subhashish who scored 97 %, Shivam Shrivastava 96.8%, Resham Chaney 96.6%, Reetika 96%, Rishabh Srivastava 95.8%, Ananya Choudhury 95.6%, Mayank Shekhar 95.6%, Poornendu Ranjan Chatterjee 95.4%, Joydeep Nandi 95% and Prajwal Rai 95%.
Chief Guest, Neeraj Kant motivated the students to be ready for all challenges ahead. class IX Student Ritwik Singh also spoke at the event. ‘Na Ghabrana’ a song presented by the Class 9 students. The event ended with the School Song sung by the 31st ICSE Batch 2017 of Hill Top School.
