Jamshedpur, May 22: Three bulls and a jackal died after an 11,000-volt high-tension wire fell on them in the forest area between Jaspur and Raibasa village under Gamharia block on Monday morning.
Soon after the incident villagers in large number gathered at the spot and protested against the negligence of the power department.
BJP Gamharia block incharge Shyampado Gorai informed about the same to the electricity department after which the power supply was cut. BJP leader also demanded compensation for the same.
