Ranchi, Feb 7: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren marked their 19th wedding anniversary with a special visit to the world-famous Maa Kamakhya Temple in Assam. Seeking blessings for a prosperous and healthy life, the couple performed rituals at the revered temple.
Sharing glimpses of the occasion on social media, Hemant Soren wrote, “On our wedding anniversary, we worshiped at the ancient Maa Kamakhya temple. May Maa Kamakhya bless everyone with happiness, prosperity and good health.”
The Kamakhya Temple, known for its spiritual significance, is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India and holds a special place in Hindu traditions. Devotees from across the country visit the temple to seek divine blessings.
