Helpdesk for SER employees at Garden Reach

Kolkata, Dec. 15: A Helpdesk, “HRMS SAHAYAK” was inaugurated by Zarina Firdausi, Principal Chief Personnel Officer, South Eastern Railway at SER Headquarters, Garden Reach, on Tuesday in presence of Dr. Mahua Verma, Chief Personnel Officer (Admn.) and senior Officers of South Eastern Railway. HRMS (Human Resources Management System) has been designed and developed by CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems).  All employees of India Railways can see the data related to their services and communicate to the administration if any changes required. The railway employees can view his historical data since his date of joining in railways including details related to his increments, promotions, awards, posting, leave and composition of family members as per records and nomination for retirement benefits. These information are generally not readily available to the employees. This application has been developed as a pattern of single window communication between railway employees and administration. HRMS (Human Resources Management System) is going to be a game-changer for Railways and this helpdesk will facilitate in helping employees in resolving issues on various HRMS modules under implementation and thereby ensuring speedy implementation of HRMS modules. They may also call over helpline numbers provided therein ( Mobile- 9002080627/ Rly. 44394 ) if any problem arises. Staff and Officers of South Eastern Railway will immensely be benefitted.
