Health Minister Irfan Ansari denies Jharkhand Govt collapse rumours

Jamshedpur, Dec 3: Amid speculations about the fall of the Jharkhand government, Health Minister Irfan Ansari firmly denied any such possibility, asserting that the Mahagathbandhan government will remain intact. Speaking to reporters during the International Day of Persons with Disabilities event at the DC Office, Jamshedpur, Ansari described the rumours as politically motivated attempts by the BJP to spread misinformation.

Responding to queries about alleged changes in the state government, Ansari said, “This is all opposition propaganda. BJP leaders are the masterminds behind these rumours. They are trying to create confusion, but all claims are baseless.” He highlighted that Chief Minister Hemanth Soren, whom he referred to as “Guruj’s son,” has never bowed to pressure and will not do so now.

The minister emphasized the government’s focus on development and the support it enjoys from the public, adding that the BJP is uncomfortable with the administration’s progress, hence the attempts to spread false narratives. Addressing concerns over central funding, Ansari said Jharkhand has sufficient resources to continue its development initiatives independently.

Reiterating CM Soren’s unwavering stance, Ansari asserted, “Hemanth Soren will never yield. BJP’s claims that he has ‘folded’ are completely unfounded. He faced imprisonment and still never bowed; how can he now?” The minister concluded by firmly rejecting all rumours of government instability and political compromise.
