Jamshedpur, May 23: The lab was sealed under clinical establishment Act describing the Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) test at Ankur Diagnostics and Research Center in Kadma as illegal during the Covid pandemic.
The sealing was done under sections 406, 420, 188, 270 / 34, 40, 41 of the Act. The director of the institute Dr. Rajesh Mohanty and all his employees were sent to jail.
Being mentally harassed, Dr. Rajesh Mohanty challenged all the above action in the High Court and requested the Judge to quash the case and all the arguments were given in favor of it, which the High Court Judge Navneet Kumar found wrong. While acquitting the Ankur Diagnostics and Research Center from all the charges, he said that the RAT test by the said center was not an unethical act.
Therefore, acquitting the Center and all its employees and the proprietor, the case was quashed. Since Ankur Diagnostics & Research Center is accredited by Clinical Establishment Act and ISO 9001:2015. Therefore, on this basis, all the sections imposed on Dr. Rajesh Mohanty are baseless.
Along with this, Dr. Rajesh Mohanty has been described as a pious person and always helpful to the people.
