Jamshedpur: The MP of Jamshedpur Dr Ajay Kumar is funding the installation of handpumps in Jamshedpur Loksabha constituency.
He said around 31 handpumps are being installed in the urban areas He said the purpose of the installation was to make sure that the people do not have to face water scarcity for too long.
He said many more handpumps will be installed soon in the urban areas. He said the people of urban areas often found it hard to fetch water in the summer season.
