Jamshedpur, August 29: Festivals are a celebratory expression of our culture, taking time away from the structured school time-table and pressure of class and books.
The Inter-School Junior Odyssey has been held annually since2011 and is one of the most remarkable events of Little Flower School.
With great pleasure and satisfaction, the event was inaugurated this morning with the students of Class V taking the lead role in organizing and conducting this programme.
The audience witnessed the talents and gifts of kids from various schools, and the occasion delivered entertainment, fun and inspiration, just as it was meant to do.
The event was inaugurated by the Principal Sr Hilda and Vice-Principal Mrs N Samuel. The various events followed one after the other in the school auditorium. This year 9 schools participated in all together 9 events.
The participating schools were Hill Top School, Kerala Samajam Model School, KPS Mango, KPS Burmamines, Gulmohur high School, Tarapore School, Carmel Junior College, Sacred Heart School, Rajendar Vidyalaya.
Gulmohur High School was the champions and Hill Top School was the runnersup. The Principal Sr Hilda handed over the medals and the championship trophy to the winning schools.
