Gulmohur High School to mark 70 years with ‘Jamshedpur Reads Literary Carnival’

Jamshedpur, December 8: Gulmohur High School is celebrating its 70th anniversary with the Jamshedpur Reads Literary Carnival, a unique celebration of creativity, sustainability, and the joy of reading

The carnival, scheduled on December 21 at the school premises, is open to students from Classes 1 to 8, promising an enriching day of activities.

The event features a unique Book Fair with a Cause, a curated collection of pre-loved books, donated by Gulmohur students, will be available for purchase. Proceeds will support the education of underprivileged children, making each book a step towards change.

Interactive Creative Workshops are set to engage students in puppet-making, comic strip designing, bibliotherapy, story mapping, and crafting activities inspired by the school’s creative legacy.

The carnival also emphasizes sustainability, incorporating “best out of waste” projects to encourage eco-conscious habits among young participants.
