Seraikela, Dec 16: Members of Gram Pradhan Mahasabha (GPM)in order to include Majhi-Paragna and other tribals in the same line as Munda-Manki and get the same benefits as them today submitted a memorandum to Seraikela DC which is addressed in the name of Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren.
The members on the occasion said thyat a letter has been received by the Chief Secretary of Home Department, Ranchi in which it is mentioned that Munda-manki people of the district will get monthly money.
But the government is least bothered about how many people of Majhi-Paragna from Santhal community also reside and have been employed and people of these community should also be included.
Government should not look at people only from Ho community.
