Ranchi: Welfare Minister Louis Marandi has said that the government was serious on affairs of minority communities in Jharkhand.
By March this year steps would be taken for better functioning of 15-point committee, IDMI, SPQEM and other projects. The minister was talking to representatives of Jharkhand Chatra Sangh and other organizations here today.
The delegations that the minister complained that the Sunni Waqf Board has been constituted without a women member and State and district level 15-point committees are not functioning properly.
