Jamshedpur, Feb. 26: Mela Tailik Sahu society on Sunday organised 43rd Rajim Lochan Mahotsav at Sidhgora Town Hall.
On the occasion Chief Minister Raghubar Das while addressing the gathering said, doing social work for the society is a difficult task but the Sahu society is performing its duty skillfully and they deserve a round of applause. I have to pay the debt to the society which has helped reach me to this position today and I am working with full diligence for the development of Jharkhand.
CM further said that, ‘Jharkhand government is working to bring a scheme Udyami Sakhi Mandal Yojana under which women in rural areas will be empowered under which the a group of 15 women can set up small industries which in turn would increase their annual income and get become financially strong’.
CM appealed the society specially the women not to discriminate between a boy and girl and give equal education to both as today girls are touching new heights and making their parents proud.
Raghubar Das further said that people who are not financially strong would be provided financial aid so that their children can continue their education.
CM announced to provide Rs 3 lakh to the Taili community and appealed the residents to send their wards to the school and educate them so that poverty can be far away from you.
Raghubar Das went on to say that those who are involved in social service will never face money scarcity because people of the society will always provide monetary help.
