Jamshedpur: The Asanbani Primary Health Centre (PHC), even after two years, has not become functional as no doctors or nurses have been deputed there. As a result, the 1.50 lakh population is being denied better health facilities. The Rural Development Department, Chaibasa Range has expended a huge amount of money for the construction of the PHC which remains nonfunctional as the Government Health Department remains apathetic to it.
