Govind Vidyalaya organises Spell Bee and Face Painting competitions

Jamshedpur, October 26: The junior and senior wings of Govind Vidyalaya Tamolia recently wrapped up an engaging Spell Bee and Face Painting competition. Students from classes 1 to 5 paticipated in the Spell Bee, while students from classes 6 to 8 participated in the Face Painting competition, themed, “Your Vote, Your Choice, Your Future.”

The event, coordinated by Mohammad Irfan with support from teachers Rita Ghosh, Shazia Sultan, Rumpa Sarkar, and Khushboo Kumari, saw students showcase their talents in spelling and creative expression. Judges Ranjan Roy and Aziza Parveen reviewed the outstanding performances.

The Spell Bee Winners in Group A included (1st Place)  Shayan Hussain of class 2 A, (2nd Place)  Iqra Akhtar & Yusuf Ibne Yasir of Class 2B and
(3rd Place)  Ayat Fatima Khan of Class 2A.

• In Group B the winners were
  (1st Place)Geeta Kumari & Mahira Bilal (Class 5A)
  2nd Place – Anaya Afrin (Class 3A) & Areeba Fatima (Class 4A)
  3rd Place – Riya Kashyap (Class 5B)

Face Painting Winners: 1st Place – Vishnu Kumar & Vansh Sharma (ClassB), 2nd Place – Ilma Firdous & Nuzhat Parveen (Class 7A)
3rd Place – Tiya Poddar & Radhika Kumari (Class 6A)

The events highlighted the students’ dedication and creativity in both competitions.
