Jamshedpur, July 3: Govind Vidyalaya hosted inter-house choral recitation competition for students of primary wing on Saturday.
The house was divided into two groups- A class (I & II) B (III to V). Theme for Group A was ‘Season’ and for Group B ‘Nature’.
The judges for the competition were Sweta Shree and Sania Ejaz. Each group presented poem creatively and were distinctively different. Incorporating voice modulation, pitch expression actions, intonation and variation into their performance made the event enjoyable and unique.
In Group A Lotus House was declared the winner followed by Cosmos House and Rose House.
The winner in Group B was Daffodil House while Cosmos House and Rose House bagged the second and third positions respectively.
It was a wonderful experience for every student. This programme was conducted under the guidance of junior co-ordinator Rita Chaudhury.
