Governor’s decision to invite BJP was unconstitutional: Dr Ajoy

Jamshedpur: Jharkhand State Congress president Dr Ajoy Kumar on Friday said the BJP had crossed all limits in an attempt to gain power in Karnataka. He said inviting BS Yeddyurappa to form the government was in itself an act of violating the Constitutional provisions by the Governor of Karnataka. He said Yeddyurappa’s resignation before taking the floor test in Karnataka Assembly was the victory of Congress party.
“This is a major jolt for the BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP national president Amit Shah who are out to weaken the democracy in India for their vested interests,” said Kumar.
