Ranchi: Governor Syed Ahmed by using power vested on him under Jharkhand State University Act 2000
(Section 10 and 12) has appointed vice chancellor of Ranchi University, KidhoKanhu Murmu University
and Nilambar-Pitambar University in consultations with the State Government.
The appointments have been made for three years. The related notification has been issued by principal
secretary of Governor Dr Nitin Madan Kulkarni.
As per the notification the Governor has appointed Dr Ramesh Kumar Pandey in the post of vice chancellor of Ranchi University.
Dr Satya Narayan Munda would be the vice chancellor of Sidho-Kanhu University, Dumka while Dr Vijay
Singh would take charge as vice chancellor of Nilambar-Pitambar University, Medininagar.
