Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that the state government would provide every possible facility to the soldiers of Jhrakhand.
�It is only due to the soldiers� sacrifice that the country and the Tricolour were safe. The people of the country had great respect for the soldiers. The Indian Army and other forces had shown their valour from time to time in defending the country.
Not only during war, but also during other emergency situations, the security forces have proved their bravery beyond doubt,� said the CM during Know Your Force, a programme organized by the 23rd Infantry in the state capital.
Das said the deeds of bravery shown by the Army were the result of their perseverance, dedication and discipline. He said the Army had shown extraordinary courage to the world in the previous wars as well as during the surgical strike across the LoC in Pakistan.
The CM said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a deep respect for the Army. �The PM celebrated Deepawali with the Army jawans. He started Make In India campaign to make the country independent in the field of manufacturing arms and ammunition besides other fields,� he said.
Das said the fair organized by the Army would greatly inspire the youths. He said the youths would be more inclined towards the Army. He appealed to the Army to organize the fair on a bigger scale next year.
The General Officer-In-Command of the 23rd Infantry Division Major General ML Mohan Babu and many other Army officers were present during the event.
