Jamshedpur, April 16: Straightening guns at Raghubar Das led state government on domicile policy, JMM Working Committee President and leader of opposition, Hemant Soren said that government is only spreading confusion in the mind of the people by not clearing its stand on the domicile policy.
�We are of the opinion that the Government should issue a white paper on the domicile�policy to clear confusion in the mind of the people. The government should clear the definition of moolvasis and adivasis in the domicile policy,� said Soren.
Tallking to the media on the sidelines of the National Convention at Gopal Maidan, former CM said that JMM has made its stand clear on land acquisition Act. �We have decided to oppose land ordinance Act at all forum and our strategy would be chalked out during this convention,� said Hemant Soren.

He also criticized the three month rule of Raghubar Das led state government and said that the CM is only making announcements.� He refused to comment on the grand alliance in the name of Janata Parivar and said that party would take a decision on joining the alliance at proper time.
Earlier, the three-day convention of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) was inaugurated at Gopal Maidan, Bistupur�on Thursday. On the occasion JMM Chief Shibu Soren hoisted the party flag. Over 4000 delegates including top party leaders from Jharkhand and other parts of the country are participating in the conference, where issues such as prevailing political scenario of the country and state would be deliberated upon, among other.

The central convention, held after every three years, is being held in city for the third time in the party�s�long history. Delegates not only from Jharkhand but also from neighbouring states of Odisha, Bengal, Assam, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar are participating.

Party chief Shibu Soren along with former Chief Minister and leader of opposition in state assembly Hemant Soren paid floral homage at the epitaphs of late party leaders Teklal Mahto, Sudhir Mahto and Sarkar Murmu.

Issues such as prevailing political scenario of the country and state, domicile policy, Land Acquisition Act will be hot topic of deliberation during the convention

There would be organizational elections on the last day of the convention (April 18) which is likely to witness Hemant Soren being made the executive president of the party by bringing an amendment in the party constitution.�
This would be first instance when a post of executive president would be created in the JMM party. During the first day of the convention senior leadership of the party including Champai Soren, Supriyo Bhattacharyya and others were present.

With an aim to regain its lost sheen in the Kolhan division due to rising differences between leaders and workers, JMM is geared up to mobilise workers and voters with a �show of strength�.
The party has resolved to get close to the cadres and also to the masses. As part of its strategy to woo all sections of the society, the party, to begin with, has taken an initiative to bridge the gap between the opinion makers and industrialists, among others.
