Jamshedpur : Jugsalai resident RTI member Subhash Kumar Mittal says that Government employees of rural areas of three districts of Kolhan division are not staying in the village but they area living in the city.
This is the case for violation of election code of conduct . In this regard Mittal on Thursday sent a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum and sought immediate action.
