Jamshedpur, Dec. 5: Gokul World Public School was inaugurated by Seraikela Circle Officer Anil Prakash Tigga at Kandra on Monday.
Addressing the gathering, Tigga said, the opening of a school in rural area of Kandra will benefit the children here.
On the occasion, chairman of the School, Gokul Kumar said, the main motive of setting up a school in Kandra is to provide English medium education to the local children.
Currently facilities are available for class nursery to 5 and soon classes upto 10 will be functional. It was informed that till date total of 140 children have taken admission at the school.
On the occasion Principal of the school Shailesh Kumar, Mritunjay Burman along with social workers and locals were present.
