JSCA, MRF Pace Foundation to organise two-day coaching clinic in Ranchi

Jamshedpur/Ranchi, June 13: Former Australian seamer and one of the sport’s all-time great, Glenn McGrath will be giving bowling tips to young Jharkhand pacers during the two-day programme at J.S.C.A. International Cricket Stadium, Ranchi on 17 and 18 June.
Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) is organizing a two day workshop for pace bowlers under the expert guidance of seam legend Glenn McGrath at the J.S.C.A. International Cricket Stadium complex in association with MRF Pace Foundation which is a renowned coaching clinic for training fast bowlers from all over the world.
Glenn McGrath is director of coaching at MRF Pace Foundation.
In this first ever workshop in the state designed exclusively for the pace bowlers ,scheduled on the 17th and 18th of June, the senior Team,U-23 Team and U-19 Team’s fast bowlers as well the coaches will participate. Training session will be followed by Video Analysis and an interactive session with players and coaches.
Glenn McGrath will also interact with Media on the 17th of June at 11.30 AM at the J.S.C.A. International Stadium Complex.
It may be noted that Glenn McGrath is an Australian former international cricketer who played all formats of the game for 14 years. He was a fast-medium pace bowler and is considered one of the greatest bowlers of all time, and a leading contributor to Australia’s domination of world cricket from the mid-1990s to the mid 2000s. Glenn McGrath is the leading wicket-taker among pace bowlers in Test cricket, with 563 scalps.
