Jamshedpur, Nov. 18: Girraj Singh Khadka beat Anant Singh Ahlawat on the 36th hole to win the IGU Eastern India Amateur Golf Championship title held for the first time in Golmuri Golf Course, Jamshedpur, on Sunday.
Sanjiv Paul, VP, Tata Steel and Golf Captain of Jamshedpur gave away the prizes to the winners at the Golf championship which concluded on November 18 afternoon.
Also present were Farzan Heerjee, Council Member of the Indian Golf Union (IGU), Alan Singh, Golf Administrator and ISP Shetty of the IGU.
The two finalists amongst local golfers attended the Prize Giving Ceremony.
