Jamshedpur, Sep 3: Food lovers in Steel City can look forward to an array of mouth-watering biryanis and curries at Bon Appetit restaurant from Friday, September 4.
One of the top fine dining restaurant in Bistupur, Bon App�tit has come up with �daawat-e-khaas� Biryani & Curry festival with food prepared in true royal style, most of the dishes on offer here boast of the right flavours and perfect aromas.
Enticing biryani variants such as Awadhi, dum, Baghdadi, Sindh, Indian, Philippines, Special hydrabadi and Kolkata special can be paired with raita.
Talking about the festival, Sandeep Pal, F&B Manager at Bon Appetit says, looking at cosmopolitan culture of Jamshedpur we decided to host Biryani & Curry festival and brought in special Chefs from Hyderabad to prepare the dish which should be liked by the people here.
�Along with Biryani we also have Indian curries from South West and Hyderabad. Tamatri Nizami Murg, Changezi Murg of Afghan (made of egg and milk) will add an extra flavor to the festival, Pal said adding that one can have all these delicacies delivered to their home as well�.
Ankit Gourisaria, Director of the restaurant said, Veggie delights include Tahiri Biryani from Awadh, fragranced Dum Biryani along with Panner Rara Masala and Aloo Salagjang style (tomato, onion and cashew nuts).
�We will be offering surprise gifts to the guests during the food festival while 10% discount will be available for take away and home delivery, Meal (Dinner) for two will cost between Rs 600 to Rs 700 and is on from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., daily till September 13�, said Ankit.
Along with the food festival our regular buffet for the corporate costs Rs 299 plus taxes while the cost goes upto 399 plus taxes with cocktail.
