Jamshedpur: The Chhau performance being given by a team of Chhau artists of Jamdih village in Nimdih is pulling huge crowd due to the presence of an unusual artist.
The artist, playing the role of Goddess Durga, is not an India woman, but a German national, Nova, who is enthralling the audience with her acting and dance skills.
Nova had come to the village to learn Chhau dance. Now she is visiting various villages and giving captivating performances during each show. There are around 30 people in the team of Chhau artists led by Sudhir Kumhar.
