Gayatri Parivar youths take pledge to rid Jharkhand from addiction

Jamshedpur: The 62 youths selected from Kolhan under the banner of Navyug Dal, Tatanagar, the youth wing of Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar, took a pledge to remove the evil of addiction from Jharkhand. They took the pledge in the International Yug Srijeta Navsrijan Yuva Sankalp Samaroh held in Nagpur recently. Altogether 235 youths from Jharkhand participated in the event which continued for three days. At the programme, attended by delegates from all the states, a mass pledge was taken to make the youths healthy, gentle, self-dependent and service-oriented. The youths from Jharkhand decided to launch a signature campaign in all the districts of Jharkhand over the next three years and collect the signature of one crore people against addiction. They also decided to plant one lakh saplings all over the state every year. They said Bal Sanskar Shala would be set up in all the districts of the state for giving moral education to children.
