Jamshedpur, Aug 29: A pile of garbage lies unattended at Railway Traffic Colony in Bagbera which is not only an eyesore and emanates foul odor but also a threat to health of denizens residing in the area. With reports of Dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases piling rapidly during monsoon, lives are being put to the sword by the negligence of the railway department concerned.
