Jamshedpur: Bhaili Mahila Mandal organized Gangour Puja at Mahila Satsang Bhawan in Sonari. Marwari ladies in traditional dresses and jewelry participated in prayers conducted between 7 am and 1 pm. The devotees prayed for peace and prosperity in their lives and homes. The organizing committee led by president Anita Agrawal and secretary Kavita Agrawal, arranged for flowers and other necessary items for prayers and provided idols of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati for worship.
