Jamshedpur: The residents of various slums of Gamharia put up a demonstration before the local block office on Thursday to demand stay on the construction of a boundary wall and gate at the block office.
They said the construction of boundary wall and gate would block the thoroughfare.
They said the residents of the five villages situated behind the block office premises have been using the road passing through the block office.
They said the boundary wall should be constructed after an alternative arrangement is made for the villagers.
