Gamharia: Residents of Satvahini and Jamalpur bastis under the Adityapur Municipal Corporation on Thursday submitted a memorandum to Parshad of ward no 3 Pinky Choudhary demanding better drainage facilities. Soon, Parshad ordered the concerned officer to have the issue solved at the earliest and make arrangemnet to construct a drain in the area.
Residents of the area said that due to incessant rain the water logging has increased o the roads and several time the dirty water along with the garbage enters the house and the commuters are facing a harrowing time. Present on the occasion were Manish Kumar, Bullet Singh, Murari Shankar, Nayan Choubey, Nandi Kishore Pandit, Asha Devi, Anita Devi and others.
