Jamshedpur: The East Singhbhum chapter of Krira Bharati which conducted the Sports Mega Fest recently held Taekwondo championship contest at the Bhalubasa Community Centre in which Gamharia English School team was declared winner with a tally of seven gold, seven silver and seven bronze medals.
The medal winners were honoured at a function organized in the school premises by the Director Subroto Roy. Taekwondo coach Vikram Barik lauded the champions and urged them to go in for higher honours.
Principal Sarika Gupta along with teachers Rima Banerjee, Rupam and others were present during the function.
