Jamshedpur, August 6: International Friendship Day was celebrated at Sheyn International School. Students tied bands to trees and pledged to nurture and protect them that reflected a spirit of love and friendship towards Mother Nature. Principal
Pushpa Bhalla observed on the occasion, “Friendship Day reminds us to cherish the presence of our friends and acknowledge with love the important roles they play in our lives.” The Friendship Day celebration at the school concluded with a definition that said, “True friendship is one of God’s greatest gifts and a good friend is a rare gift from God.” Vice Principal, Keya Adak and Head Mistress Simran Saggu also spoke on the occasion and urged students to create friendship and nurture it through life.
